hmmm
I hope my diseased heart muscle will somehow become un-diseased.
And why?
So I can see my boy grow up and grow old with his Daddy.

Hey DG. Well the virus that attacked my heart muscle has not been identified yet. All we’re doing now is trying to get the muscle healed by throwing a cocktail of drugs at it. At my first 3 month assessment, there was improvement which is great – means the drugs are doing something. But I am not out of the woods yet. My heart muscle functioning is far from perfect so I have to take things slow and listen to my heart. No heart transplant for now but that is only if the functioning increases. And he’s found something else that’s not looking right and I’m seeing a specialist cardio today. Just want my leetle muscle to carry on pumping enough blood to let me live – that’s all I ask of it.

Sounds hectic Shell, I hope and pray all will come right with time. Let us know what the specialist said?
